Our tutors are among the best. Every tutor application is thoroughly reviewed to meet our high standards. Applicants who qualify are invited for an interview, where they must demonstrate effective communication & teaching skills. Successful candidates are then added to our tutor database. This rigorous process ensures that our tutors are of the highest quality.

We allow the tutors to choose their own rates. This creates a competitive marketplace that enables you to find a tutor which suits your circumstances.

Payments are super easy. We'll send an invoice to your email, which you can pay with your credit or debit card, or using Google or Apple Pay, just like when you buy something online! Every subsequent session you will be sent a similar invoice and if you feel comfortable you are able to automate the process and automatically pay for the session after it is completed. We'll never charge you before a lesson, and you'll always receive a receipt via email.

As long as you'd like them to be! The whole point of private tutoring is that it is personalised to you. So... if you'd like to do a 2-hour, 1-hour or 30-minute lesson every week, fortnight or even just at random times- just let your tutor know. We're flexible and lessons can be the perfect length of time for the student.

Once you find your perfect tutor on the 'Find A Tutor' page, you can press the 'contact me' button and fill in your details. After that, your tutor will contact you via phone and/or email. You can then arrange to message the tutor through any platform you would like (Facebook messenger, Instagram, email, whatever).

You can organise lessons directly with your tutor. You don't need to come back to the website or use any annoying app. Just message your tutor and arrange it with them. You can also reschedule and reorganise lessons with suitable notice, just message your tutor and let them know.

Yes of course! If you aren't meshing well with your tutor you can either look for another tutor yourself in the tutor database or just can contact us and ask us to find a tutor for you. If you have any issues with your tutor please also contact us so we can sort it out for you. We value your input and appreciate constructive feedback for all our Brisbane tutors.

That's okay! We know life can get busy and our tutors can be flexible around your schedule too. All you need to do is contact your tutor directly and then you can reschedule the lesson for another time. However, please keep in mind that your tutor has quite a busy life as well and please respect their time. So please, if you need to cancel or move a lesson, do it well in advance.
